Kellogg's Korner

Hi,

I am in Effingham, IL. I will be delivering my load this afternoon, so I have a little down time.

Last time I wrote I was on my way to Colton, CA for some time off there. My friend Marie picked me up on Saturday. We spent Sunday and Monday in Palm Springs at the Hotel spa. We had a great time together. I was also able to get together with an old friend that I worked for back in 1991 and 2. we hadn’t seen each other for about 10 years (we have stayed in touch by phone) so it was nice to have a chance to catch up.

Once I was back on the truck I took a load that was there in the yard and delivered it to Chandler, AZ. The next load picked up in Phoenix, AZ and I delivered it to Stockton, CA. Went up to Sacramento, CA and picked up my next load that went to Tolleson, AZ (starting to feel like a yoyo). After delivery I went to pick up a load in Tucson,AZ and dropped it in Phoenix, AZ (ok AZ is getting old). I then picked up a load there in the yard in Phoenix going to Ft. Worth, TX (finally away from the west coast region).

After delivery I went down to Waco, TX and picked up a load that I took to Beaumont, TX. The next load picked up in La Porte, TX (Houston area) that I delivered in Ada, MI. I was then suppose to repower a load in Detroit, MI for a driver who’s truck was in the shop. By the time I got there his truck was fixed and he wanted to keep the load so I wasted a whole day on that nonsense. The next day I got this load that I picked up in Battle Creek, MI.

I am looking at being home around May 7th. I hope that I will be able to see some of you then. I am not hearing from very many of you lately I hope that means all is well there. That is all I have going on. I will write later.
