I got this one from my family also. As I do with all items Like this I did some fact checking. I don’t like Mr. Obama either, but so far there is not proof or grounds for the Birthers who want to question his claim to eligibility by birth. Sorry Guys, we may not like him, we may not have voted him in, we may even regret voting him in, But legally he has every right to be there. The Birth Certificates are real and these documents are fake. If you don’t like what he is doing to our country, don’t vote for him in 2012. Also, remember that he is still at the mercy of congress when all is said and done.

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College .
The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States – necessary to be President of these United State s. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya , here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder.
Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. He promised:
1.) That participation in the Program would be Completely voluntary,
No longer Voluntary
2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program,
Now 7.65% on the first $90,000
3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year,
No longer tax deductible
4.) That the money the participants put into the independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and,
Under Johnson the money was moved to The General Fund and Spent
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.

Pass It On For Our Country And the memory of our Founding Fathers
At least read this. Form your own opinion, even if you disagree with this issue, but at least read it. You and I owe that to our country. All I ask is that you consider the suggestion here.
The entire Congress of the United States is corrupt. And I mean both Houses and I mean both major parties. I realize that a few Members of each House are trustworthy, but, as a group they are absolutely the most corrupt bunch to ever disgrace our Nation.
In November of 2010 the entire House of Representatives will stand for re-election; all 435 of them. One third of the Senate, a total of 33 of them, will also stand for re-election.
Vote every incumbent out.
And I mean every one of them. No matter their Party affiliation.
Let’s start all over in the House of Representatives with 435 people who have absolutely no experience in running that body, with no political favors owed to anyone but their own constituents. Let’s make them understand that they work for us.
They are answerable to us and they simply have to run that body with some common sense.
Two years later, in 2012, vote the next third of the incumbents in the Senate out. We can do the same thing in 2014 and, by that time we will have put all new people in that body as well.
We, the People, have got to take this Country back and we HAVE to do it peacefully. That’s what the Framers of our Constitution envisioned.
I am also suggesting term limits on the NEW BUNCH — 8 YEARS FOR REPRESENTATIVES, two terms thats all AND 12 YEARS [2 terms] FOR SENATORS. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE LONGER THEY STAY IN OFFICE THE MORE POWER THEY GET AND THEY LOVE IT AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET RE-ELECTED.
WE HAVE TERM LIMITED THE PRESIDENT
NOW LET’S TERM
LIMIT THE LEGISLATORS.
And we do away with their Special Retirement system and their health program (they should have same health programs everyone else in America does). When they are through serving their country they go back to being private citizens. They should view their service as a privilege;
after all it was designed to be a part time job to represent the voice of the people, NOT the special interest groups and those who can do favors for them.
If they dont like this proposal then dont run for office
